Marketing/Sponsorship Opportunities

Appleton Soccer Club is funded by the donations of many businesses and fraternal organizations in the Fox Valley area. Many parents’ employers have become sponsors. 

ASC has three primary programs for sponsorship:

  1. Recreational Team Sponsorship
  2. Tournament Sponsorship
  3. Tournament Advertising Sponsorship

Recreational Team Sponsorship Program

Recreational Team Sponsorship Program:

We will begin seeking sponsorship in October for the next summer.

Recreational Sponsorship Levels:

  • 1 Team = $200   
  • 2 Teams = $350   
  • 3 Teams = $450   
  • 4 Teams = $500   
  • Additional teams = $50 each

Why Sponsor a Recreational Team?
 

  • Sponsor name appears on all team jerseys. The team members cherish these shirts and wear them everywhere. Just think of the exposure of these walking billboards!
  • Sponsor name is the team name and it appears on all schedules.
  • Team picture/plaque is provided to each sponsor.
  • Sponsor Name is listed on our website. (See sponsor list below.)
  • Receive an annual subscription to “Soccer Shorts” our club’s newsletter.
  • Receive a complementary invitation to our Annual Meeting on the last Sunday in August.

Tournament Sponsorship Program

 

There are four tournaments hosted by ASC in 2008 (please see listing below). Sponsorship amounts are based upon the years committed and provide comprehensive tournament advertising that includes t-shirt logo and design, program advertising, and on-site promotional activities. This is a great, affordable way for your organization to build community awareness and support! (All financial sponsorship support is tax deductible.)
 
$2,000 / year                              Spring Premier (Consortium Member)
$7,500 / year                             5 year commitment (sole sponsorship)
$8,000 / year                             3 year commitment (sole sponsorship)
$9,000 / year                             1 year commitment (sole sponsorship)
 
Spring Premier Challenge 2008 – early May
BIG OPPORTUNITY – be the first to participate in this local consortium of ASC sponsors! Please contact Amy before March 30, 2008 to confirm your spot – this opportunity is limited to 5 sponsors.
Nutmeg Recreational Tournament – early June
Cost Cutters Classic – mid June or early July
Octoberfest Tournament – late September

Tournament Advertising - Advertise in our Tournament Programs

Fees noted are per tournament and cover cost of ad placement in the program. Three year commitment desired (10% discount applies).

o       Centerfold:                  $500
o       Full page:                     $300
o       Half page:                    $150
o       Inside front cover and back cover may be available for some tournaments ($400)
