ATTENTION U.S.S.F. REFEREES
We are looking for referees for the Nutmeg Recreational tournament, held on June 7-8, 2008 at the USA Youth Sports Complex in Appleton. If you are interested, please fill out the attached RFA (Referee for Assignment): Word or PDF and return by May28, 2008. Forms may be filled out and attached to e-mail, or printed and mailed to the address on the bottom of the form. If you are interested in coming to the tournament as 4 or 5 man have 1 person from the crew send me all the RFA's.

Stand-by Compensation: $10.00 / hour
Travel Reimbursement - One Time Only
Green Bay and Fondy: $15.00
