2. Complete Hotel Registrations if staying overnight
3. TEAM CHECK-IN: Please bring the following items with you to the Team Registration Tent at a minimum of at least 1hr. before your first game:
- Player Passes
- Official Copy of Team Roster
- Liability Waiver Form for Each Player
- Guest Player Form if Applicable
- Permission to Travel form required for out-of-state teams only. Obtain this form from your state association.
