ATTENTION U.S.S.F. REFEREES
We are looking for referees for the Octoberfest tournament, held on September 26-28, 2008 at the USA Youth Sports Complex in Appleton. If you are interested, please fill out the attached RFA (Referee for Assignment): Word or PDF and return by September 1, 2008. Forms may be filled out and attached to e-mail, or printed and mailed to the address on the bottom of the form. If you are interested in coming to the tournament as 4 or 5 man have 1 person from the crew send me all the RFA's.

Stand-by Compensation: $10.00 / hour
Travel Reimbursement - One Time Only
Green Bay and Fondy: $15.00
Milwaukee and Madison: $25.00
Out of State: $35.00
