We are looking for referees for the Spring Premier Challenge tournament, held on May 3rd and 4th, 2008 at the USA Youth Sports Complex in Appleton. If you are interested, please fill out the attached RTA (Referee Tournament Assignment): Word or PDF and return by April 5th, 2008. Forms may be filled out and attached to e-mail, or printed and mailed to the address on the bottom of the form. If you are interested in coming to the tournament as 4 or 5 man list 1 person as the main contact when sending all the RTA's.
