| Where: | USA Youth Sports Complex in Appleton (Site of the 2006 US Youth Midwest Regional Championships) |
| Fields: | All games will be played on regulation size fields |
| Age Brackets: | Boys: U-11 & U-12 (Small sided - 8v8) |
| Boys: U-13, U-14, U-15, U-16, U-17, U-19 | |
| Girls: U-11 & U-12 (Small sided - 8v8) | |
| Girls: U-13 & U-14 | |
| Entry Fee: | $375 - Deadline April 5th, 2008 (Checks will be deposited for security reasons) |
| Sorry, no refunds after April 15, 2008 | |
| Confirmation emailed by April 5, 2008 | |
| Games: | Three games guaranteed |
| Three certified officials at each game for all age levels | |
| Awards: | Individual trophies for members of the first and second place teams |
| Player Eligibility: | U-11 & U-12 maximum of 14 players; U-13 thru U-19 maximum of 18 players. |
| For the U-17 & U-19 teams with a roster of more than 18 players, you will be required to fill out a game roster prior to each game with a maximum of 18 players on the game roster. |

| Non-Wisconsin teams must have permission to travel from their state association. |

| Hotel Information: | Teams can make hotel reservations directly with the hotels. Hotel rooms will be granted on a first come basis. You do NOT need to wait for a passcode. |
